RECEIVING GOODS IN THE STUDIO NATURAL SHOWROOM

You will be able to receive the order on the next business day or by agreement with the Studio Natural representative for a specific time on the day of purchase.

Upon receipt of the order, we will ask you to present your identification document and the order number.

SHIPPING BY OMNIVA IN RIGA, THE TERRITORY OF LATVIA AND BALTIC STATES

A door-to-door delivery by OMNIVA courier on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00. The shipping fee will be calculated by purchasing the goods by entering the delivery address. Please indicate the address at which you will be able to stay and receive the order during the working day.

Delivery time within Latvia is 1-2 working days after shipment.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY BY FedEx and TNT

A door-to-door delivery by FedEx and TNT courier on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00. The shipping fee will be calculated by purchasing the goods by entering the delivery address. Please indicate the address at which you will be able to stay and receive the order during the working day.

Order is shipped after receiving the payment (it may take up to 10 days).

PLEASE BE NOTED THAT:

— Delivery for orders placed at the time of sale may take a little longer time than usual.

— The delivery address should be as detailed as possible. All necessary additional information, such as a door code, must be provided so that the courier can deliver at the time promised. If the address is incorrect or inaccurate, the delivery time may be extended.

— Be sure to provide the correct phone number.

— The courier at the time of the delivery has the right to ask for a personal identification document (passport, ID card or driver’s license) to verify the identity of the recipient.
